Gospel Goes Classical

Overview

Gospel Goes Classical will go down in music history as of the most  innovative and wonderful synthesis of musical styles, having topped both  the Billboard charts of Gospel and Classical Crossover simultaneously.  It will truly capture the imagination.

In the 2007 rendition, The power and conviction  of Juanita Bynum paired with the sincere melodic interpretations of  Jonathan Butler are the finishing strokes on a heavenly musical canvas  painted by Dr. Henry Panion, III (the creative force behind Goes Gospel  Classical) with the Gospel Goes Classical Symphony Orchestra and Choir.

In 2017, Gospel Legend Donnie McClurkin teamed up with Mahalia Buchannan, Akhekho Ofana No Jesu, Joe Mettle, and Oh Nikosi Yami along for a live recording in Johannesburg, South Africa.

2018 saw the Gospel Goes Classical perform in Orlando.  BeBe Winans, Denyse Graves, and Monique Steele collaberate with the Bella Musica Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Glenn Caldwell.  The Antioch Missionary Baptist Church choir from Orlando adds to the festivities.

Gospel Goes Classical offers an extraordinary live  performance that combines Gospel, Praise & Worship, Jazz, The Spoken  Word and Classical into an incredible listening experience.

The perfection of  musical presentation, combined with the power of praise and worship, is  simply awesome and dares to defy description. On that night an ordinary  evening became an extraordinary event.
